Researchers from the Interconnected Three Poles Environment Project visited the Finnish Meteorological Institute, Nansen Environmental and Remote Sensing Center, Svalbard Integrated Arctic Earth Observing System and other international organizations for international data resources cooperation，especially on the Earth observation data of the Arctic region and opinion exchanges on the climate and environmental changes in the region.
The delegation members introduced the data sharing approach of CASEarth, as well as its mechanisms and regulations for data exchange. They also exchange opinions with local researchers on the subjects of Arctic Earth observation data, Arctic monitoring and assessment, regional environmental changes and three poles comparative research. This visit further strengthens the intention for long-term cooperation with the Nordic region on three poles comparative research and data acquisition in the areas of resource management, ecology, environment and other relevant fields.
